About Showing up Late, Cancellations and No Shows:

Please call with as much notice as possible if you are going to be late, or going to need to reschedule/cancel an appointment, because :

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means we need at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. There is a $20 cancellation fee if you call with fewer than 24 hours notice,  so it is important to call even with fewer than 24 hours. You must pay this fee in order to receive your massage.

If you are running late please call to see if we will still be able to accommodate a full hour appointment. If you do not call, or if our schedule will not allow it, your massage will end at the scheduled time (ex. if you are 10 minutes late you will only get a 50 minute massage). If you are more than 20 minutes late without a call it will be treated as a no show.

Because of the frequency of no shows and last minute cancellations for weekends we may ask for a credit card number for new patients scheduling a weekend appointment.

We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case by case basis.
